These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jungle Quest: Temple Puzzles application ("Application") and related services provided by Jungle Games Studio ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to your strict compliance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information you create in connection with the Application. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
The Application contains content provided by the Company and other sources. You acknowledge and agree that the Company does not represent or endorse the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of such content. You agree not to post, transmit, or otherwise distribute any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content through the Application.
The Application, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Application or violation of these Terms.
The Company may terminate your access to the Application at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by the Company on the Application, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Application and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications or agreements.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Application. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of modified Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Jungle Quest: Temple Puzzles is provided for entertainment purposes only. All temple treasures, gems, and in-game items are virtual tokens of your puzzling skill and do not have real-world monetary value. In-app purchases, if available, are non-refundable digital content.
